Risk Management in the context of Enterprise Resource Planning requires tight integration of the finance-subsystem across all units to reduce risk. Our software interfaces with the MES- and ERP-level, and helps to forecast and diagnose the entire production and supply chain.

    At present, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems prevail. As usual, implementing an ERP-system allows to automate document circulation and accounting transactions. However, these systems are poorly integrated with real business needs. For example, lack of communication between the production process (basic process) and the financial system doesn't allow forecasting (planning) and one can't control the cash flow well enough to allow usage of temporary spare funds to generate extra income. Today is the moment when advanced informational technologies allow to create a system that will manage both the enterprise and its cash-flow, thus enabling to generate extra income from financial activity on the real-time basis.

    Confidence in standard accounting activities was undermined by the recent bankruptcy of the biggest American power company Enron and some other well-known companies. Thus, it became obvious that a "brand named" auditors' report is not enough to evaluate a company's performance. Only continuous every day analysis of cash-flows allows investors or owners of the company to find financial problems and ways to increase efficiency of the business. Also this allows forecasting future developments. In this article we will describe a special automated system, which allows to provide such analysis.
